If you’re looking for them during the day and you don’t see them, but there are signs of where they’ve been, get a glue board. Turn out the lights, come back the next day and you’ll see how much of a problem you have.

Another great clue a glue board can expose is WHERE the pests are coming from. Look at the direction most of the pests are in when they got stuck on the board. If there is a pattern, most likely that is the direction they came from. This may help identify the source of their entry into your house or room.
The Size of the Pest
Look at the size of the pests. Take for example, roaches. If most of the roaches are young, there is a breeding location nearby. If they’re more adult, your likely to have less of a problem.
